ADC is a C-Corporation that has been providing a wide range of technical services to DoD and prime contractors since 1968 – a corporate tenure that requires a large amount of success for a small business, and evidence that we are doing something right! We hold a number of contracts through which a variety of work can be accomplished, have been compliant with DCAA/Government Accounting and Invoicing procedures for years, maintain current registrations with SAM and Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, operate under multiple NAICS Codes, and have a history of stellar past performance reviews.

We have recently reorganized to reflect those services and core competencies most demanded by our customers. We now employ a staff comprising full time and part time experts, primarily providing those functions required for a robust program of training and fielding services. ADC not only provides worldwide instruction on newly fielded equipment, but also develops technical manuals/training material, produces Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) DVD's and Virtual Training Tools (VTT), provides sustainment training and repairs and modifies equipment in the field. We are able to assemble flexible training teams and repair/modification teams rapidly to satisfy the fluid schedules required by DoD to accomodate Reserve, Guard and Deployment schedules. Several employees are located at our headquarters in Woodbridge, Virginia, while others have been integrated into teams at Government facilities, and still others travel the world providing our services. I believe our employees represent the finest in what they do, always professional and innovative, but at the same time budget and deadline conscious, and good people with which to work. It is a pleasure to come to the office each day.
With regard to ADC’s physical space, we moved from Lorton, Virginia, to a new facility, built to our specifications, in nearby Woodbridge, Virginia, at the end of 2016. ADC maintains a conference room, a multimedia studio, document reproduction room, and graphic arts lab, as well as large offices and work spaces promoting a collaborative environment. The entire office is equipped with the most current equipment, enabling ADC employees to efficiently provide a high-end service or product, and do so cost effectively.
There has never been a more exciting time at ADC and I am proud to be a part of the organization. We are strong technically, administratively, financially, and structurally, with access to state-of-the-art resources. I anticipate continued growth in our core competencies during the next decade while maintaining the level of excellence in service we have achieved and exhibit each day.
